Hot water repairs Hunters Hill
Michelle smiled warmly at her stomach below her. She had just felt her baby give a kick and experienced them growing in strength, by the day. Michelle and her husband Paul were expecting their first child and decided not to know the baby’s gender. “Paul, do you want to feel the kicking?” she offered, as she pulled her husband’s hand to her belly. Paul narrowed his eyebrows in concentration, to focus on feeling any movement. Suddenly his eyes lit up as he jumped. “I felt it!” he exclaimed.
As the days progressed, she could also feel her back and muscles develop frequent aches and pains. Due to her pregnancy, she tried to stay away from most medication and the only thing that gave relief was a warm bath. Today her legs were especially tender so Paul suggested he’d run a warm bath for her. Michelle was grateful at the suggestion and looked forward to soothing soak. She was already imagining it as she heard the bath water running.
While waiting, she laid down on the couch. A few minutes later, Paul entered the room with a concerned look on his face. “What’s wrong?” she queried. “I’m so sorry but there doesn’t seem to be any hot water,” he replied. They hadn’t used any other water recently so it was all very strange to them both. All Paul knew was that he needed to get their hot water back as soon as possible, for Michelle.
Just then, Paul remembered hearing his best mate, Doug, talk about a plumbing company he had used the other week. Doug required some maintenance carried out at his property in Hunters Hill and he was very impressed with their work and the results. Paul decided to give Doug a call for the company’s phone number.
Paul spoke briefly to his mate and found out that the company serviced Hunters Hill and the network extended to Woolwich, Linley Point, Gladesville, Henely, Lane Cove and Lower North Shore. He looked at the number he had written down and dialled.
Paul couldn’t believe it when he heard that their hot water system would be looked at in the next hour. He had never experienced such efficient customer service before. The person on the phone was very helpful and he wondered whether the plumber would be just as good.
Within an hour, the plumber arrived. They are very punctual, Paul noted, as he let him in the door. The plumber viewed their hot water system as well as various areas throughout their house. He concluded what the problem was and described, in detail, how it would be repaired and also the cost. Paul was very happy with the quoted price and gave him the green light to go and fix the hot water heater.
Not long after, Paul and Michelle were informed that their hot water drama had been repaired. They just needed to wait for the hot water to heat up again before Michelle could enjoy the bath that she had been craving. She was glad to hear that because the heat pack, she had been using, just didn’t have the same effect as a warm bath.
Doug was right to recommend these guys, Paul thought, as the plumber left. The price was well worth it and he would be happy to recommend or use this company again.
